One of the most challenging parts of putting this trip together was selecting courses in places like New York. Depending on who’s numbers you go by, New York has somewhere between 800-1000 golf courses most of which are great, some of which are utterly mind blowing. So how do you choose?
Sometimes, it is as simple as first impression… which is what did it for me with RavenWood.
Once my interest was piqued, I started poking around their web site and was pleased to find a section dedicated to their environmental/sustainability efforts. I’m also excited about exploring an area of New York that I haven’t been to, so overall this should be a great leg of the trip!
