When I think of Kentucky, I think of rolling hills, perhaps some pastures and fences and horses. Therefore, when I was looking for a course in Kentucky, I wanted something tranquil, with rolling hills and some nice vistas (perhaps from some elevated tee’s)… enter Heritage Hill Golf Club…
It’s hard to look at that, or this…
… and not imagine a nice calming stroll through The Bluegrass State. Having said that, every review I read talked about the challenging (yet fair) course layout. It appears Heritage has something for every golfer… including those elevated tee’s I was talking about…
Heritage has won it’s fair share of awards as well, including a “#1 Public Course in Kentucky” nod and a 2008 “Top Ten Best New Public Courses of the Year” in Golf Digest. Kentucky is day 20.
Check out all of the introduced courses on our map, or, see all the course introductions in one place.
Also, for a chance to win free swag from one (or more) of these great courses I’m playing, be sure to check out this promotion… Share this (or any other) course introduction and tag Fairways & Freeways (FB: @fairwaysandfreeways T: @fnf2017 ) to be entered. The more of these course introductions you share, the more entries you will have in the drawing. 🙂
