Home On The Range?

Our journey starts tomorrow, which means not only are we playing a round of golf the next day, but we are staying in a new and exciting place tomorrow night. Our lodging plans a made up of a mix of hotel stays and… how to say… a more eclectic variety.

In places where we were not more focused on R&R (a necessary consideration based on the nature of this trip) we tried to find accommodations that were somewhat in the spirit of where we were going. So, as we hit central Oregon we wanted to find something a little rugged that also showcased the plentiful mountains of the region…

Mission accomplished

This self described “natural wood charmer” sits on 4 private acres and accommodate 2 people. Perfect for a quiet country get-away. While a touch rustic to the eye, including an antique pallor stove to snuggle up by, it still has all the comforts one would want as well.

Everything looks amazing for our first night, I think the biggest issue we’ll have will be breaking away from the serenity of this place to go to bed in the first place!
